What can you do with the Invoice App?

Submit all receipts digitally! Be it invoices, prescriptions, certificates, reports, treatment and cost plans, or orders. Simply use the integrated camera function to capture images or attach PDF documents and send them.

• Secure transmission of your data
• No need to visit a post office
• No postage costs
• Immediate confirmation of receipt

What are the requirements to use the Invoice App?

• A smartphone or tablet with camera functionality
• Registration in the customer portal: This can be done directly in the Invoice App or at www.universa.de/kundenportal.

How can you submit receipts?

1. Open the app.
2. Enter your login credentials and sign in, alternatively use biometric authentication.
3. Select the document capture function.
4. Take a picture of the receipt with your smartphone or tablet, or attach a PDF document.
5. Submit the document.

You will be notified via email once we have processed your receipts. Your benefit statements can then be accessed digitally at any time.
